Most UK orders with Naturally Med will be delivered within 3-5 working days, though often orders are delivered quicker. Deliveries will not be made weekends or bank holidays. Deliveries outside the UK mainland will take slightly longer.
UK courier deliveries - If you miss your delivery our couriers will re-attempt delivery twice, you will be left a card with a number to call if you are unable to take delivery the next day or to give instructions to leave the parcel in a safe place. However, if you work the 9 to 5 why not have your parcel delivered to your office?!
Smaller orders may be sent via Royal Mail and may therefore be subject to a slightly longer delivery time.
Express orders will be shipped within 24 hours. Delivery should be 1-2 days after your order is shipped (UK only).
All in-stock items are held in the UK, this ensures the very best quality and super-fast delivery! (Beware, most other olive wood suppliers do not do this).
