Most UK orders with Naturally Med will be delivered within 3-4 working days, though often orders are delivered the next day. Deliveries will not be made weekends or bank holidays. Deliveries outside the UK mainland will take slightly longer.
UK courier deliveries - If you miss your delivery our couriers will re-attempt delivery twice, you will be left a card with a number to call if you are unable to take delivery the next day or to give instructions to leave the parcel in a safe place. However, if you work the 9 to 5 why not have your parcel delivered to your office?!
Smaller orders may be sent via Royal Mail and may therefore be subject to a slightly longer delivery time.
All in-stock items are held in the UK, this ensures the very best quality and super-fast delivery! (Beware, most other olive wood suppliers do not do this).
All parcels include an invoice - if you do not want us to include this (ie if you are sending a gift) please let us know.
